Chocolate Chip Cookies!!

This a double recipe of the most famous, most basic, most well known, chocolate chip cookie recipe of all time. It's The Joy of Cooking’s recipe with a couple of modifications. This uses half the sugar, extra chocolate chips, a little extra flour, and an extra egg. The idea is to make tasty cookies that you don’t get sick from if you eat more than a couple.
